New ITEPE Publication from Poul F. Kjaer
Poul F. Kjaer has published a contribution in ‘Law and the Formation of Modern Europe. Perspectives from the Historical Sociology of Law’ which is edited by Mikael Rask Madsen and Chris Thornhil and published at Cambridge University Press. The contribution is entitled ‘Towards a Sociology of Intermediary Institutions: The Role of Law in Corporatism, Neo-corporatism and Governance’ and analyses the function of law in relation to the evolution of intermediary institutions.
